Valsai what a life saver. I walked out of my house and pulled the front door closed and literally milli-seconds later realised that I had left my door keys on the side and now I've locked myself out great. Panic set in but I then remembered seeing a locksmith near were i live on Greenford road and (luckly i had my car keys at the time) so I drove down to thier office as I couldn't remember thier name but had driven past thier offices hundreds of times, saying good to know, but shouldn't need to use them!!!. Well today was that day. So I dropped in, I didn't have to wait long, and was greated by a helpful staff member who talked me through the booking process via WhatsApp, essy. I booked a locksmith via thier WhatsApp in the shop. it was confirmed in circa 5-10mins, I then drove back home 20mins later arriving back to be greated by one of the locksmiths waiting. He greated me as Valsai and talked me through the various options he had for trying to get me back in with the very, very, very last distructive option of having to drill out the lock, which neither of us realy wanted. which was a blessing to hear as if you've ever watched rogue traders you'll understand. This company in my eyes are 100% not that, nice feeling to have when your in such a position what ever time of the day. Valsai, was chatty and sincere about his work and reassuring to me that he was determined to get the lock open in under 30mins, which he did which was a relief. Prior to paying he offered me an option to purchase one of their upgrade serial linked locks, which if you did what I did, all you need do is go down to thier office with ID and the key reference and they will cut you a replacement key based, which is less than it cost for an emergency call out, to me value for money. I declined as funds a bit tight now more so due to this issue, but he wasn't pushing for a sale, he did advise if I changed my mind I could just go back to the office and pick one up there. Definitely thinking about it now, its cheaper than an emergency call out even if its in norm working hours.. Again as I have already said, these guys are definitely 5 star and actually come across as all genuine locksmiths...One thing I've learnt from today is check out registered locksmiths in your area who offer the registered lock system because it will save you money in the long run, even if you never need to call them ou, its peace of mind, thanks.

Our bathroom door was jammed shut due to a faulty lock. Called Watchdog and they came within 30 minutes. Vatsal was brilliant- efficient, honest, tidy and got us into the bathroom! They actually answered the phone which was something I didn't find when calling around (needing to leave messages and wait for someone to respond when you're in need is frustrating!). I was also able to communicate via whatsapp which was very helpful. They were upfront about their pricing and it was reasonable. Very disappointing experience. On the phone, I was told the service fee was £55 and that locks start from £30. When the locksmith arrived, he told me £150 was only for a “poor quality” lock, while the other options were £250 or £350. When I refused these prices and asked to cancel, I was then told I still had to pay £55 just because he had come to my address. This was not clearly explained to me when I booked. The pricing over the phone was very misleading compared with what I was actually quoted when the locksmith arrived. I would not use this service again.

Vatsal came and fixed the locks on two doors. One required a mechanism change and the other a new lock. All the work was completed without fuss. He gave advice and was really helpful. I’d definitely recommend d them.

I had some problem with the door mechanism. I tried getting in touch with other locksmiths but nobody turned up. Happened to get through watchdog locksmiths on a whatsapp number. Quick and easy reply, advised me properly and booked appointment instantly. The time slot given to me was 8.30 am to 9.30 am and  the technician Vatsal was very punctual right at 8.30am.
